Muira Puama (Potency Wood, Ptychopetalum Olacoides) has been used for sexual weakness, impotency or performance anxiety in men, lack of sexual desire or frigidity in women, PMS, menstrual cramps, nervous exhaustion and depression, neuralgia, adjunct therapy in arthritis and rheumatism, nervous stomach and diarrhea.
Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, 1-2 ml (approx. 28-56 drops) three times a day.
