For any return, you must send an email to support@theherbalhealthstore.com for authorization prior to returning any products. In your email, kindly include your Order Number, Date Ordered, and Reason for Return.

The products must be returned unopened, in good condition and within 30 days of the shipping date.

We will acknowledge receipt of your returned products by email. Once returned products are inspected, your refund will be processed within 3-4 weeks. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
