Carboplex Regular 2.4 lbs by Unipro is an excellent source of long-chain glucose polymers. Essentially tasteless (except for a pleasant, subtle sweetness), Carboplex provides a source of energy without the negative effects associated with simple carbohydrates (e.g. sucrose or dextrose). Carboplex is derived exclusively from whole grain (corn) and is prepared through a naturally acid-enzyme process. Suggested Use:
For Muscle Gains: 1/2 cup mixed with eight ounces of water, taken 30 minutes prior to workout and again 20-30 minutes after workout.
For Extra Calories: Take as above, plus two other times during the day, preferably 11/2 hours before a meal.
For Carbohydrate Loading: 1/2 cup mixed with eight ounces of water consumed with each meal. For the first hour and a half after intense, sustained workouts, consume 1/2 cup mixed in eight ounces of water every half-hour.
